Hi James:

Sometimes us freelancers have that= extra challenge of having to be our own IT department, no?  (Not to = mention billing and accounting, client relations, sales, legal, marketing = and social media, etc., etc.)

On my 15-inch MacBo= ok Pro Retina (running Mac OS X 10.8.5), CS6 and CC are working as expecte= d.  So, you're probably in good shape for when you get your laptop.

On my 27-inch iMac (early 2010 running Mac OS X 10= .7.5), I've spent a lot more time troubleshooting CC that I'd like (especi= ally since CS5, CS5.5 and CS6 have all be easy installs and updates throug= h the years).

If you'd like to email me off list,= we can compare notes to see if what I tried works in your situation as we= ll.

Good luck!

-Warren

I'm planning on buying a new MacPro so perhaps that will allow me= to install Adobe CC. We'll see.
