Do you use the region of interest feature.
Please, do feel free to go into more detail after the "yes" or "no".
YES!
However - I rarely use it for its intended purpose, which is RAM previewing a smaller area of a large canvas. I use it extensively for the "crop comp to region of interest" feature. I have never seen anyone else use this function, and I included it in one of my PVC tutorials on unused features in After Effects. But I do it all the time, I think of it as the crop tool in Photoshop - it's basically the same thing.
Not being able to crop a composition using the ROI tool would be a major blow to me.
The RAM preview thing, however, is not something I would miss. If you are thinking of scrapping the ROI tool then please don't remove it altogether, just add a crop icon (as in Photoshop) to the toolbar so we can crop a composition with one click.
