I would try FreeForm Pro first. You can do characte= r animation with both of course but with FreeForm Pro the set up is easier a= nd the rendering is much, much faster. If your system can support FreeForm P= ro then I would definitely opt for that if your system can handle it. Ultima= tely, you really should try both before deciding.
