Yes, it will definitely work, even if it is not explicitly supported. You
may, however, have to edit the supported cards list text file.

I would also double check you have the necessary power supply to support
the card in that case. It would be quite an upgrade from the quadro 2000.
Im guessing you will probably need at least a 700 watt PSU
