Great!  I imagine you saw the file that I sent you earlier today then?  If so and let me describe for the group, this is a dude who got a couple fingers bitten off by a girl and they added the bloody prosthetic on his knuckles (middle knuckle) and then his fingers were simply folded inward but they show in a couple spots.
 
Would this help in removing those showing fingers and if so, what does it replace them with?  I mean, there's no plate to work with since that would be a part of his palm that is covered by the folded fingers.
