When I design graphics for the CG (chyron) , I do = it all in a full resolution comp. When I'm done, I use RoI to render = out a file that is just the size of the visual objects needed from the = comp. It helps me make the rendered files as small as possible to = reduce memory usage in the CHyron unit.
