Honestly. I double click a mask,  grab one side,  drag it to the other side on the plane I need to mirror it,  then while still holding my mouse button,  I hold alt (on PC) and it mirrors for me,  then let go of the mouse button and it's .
It's not super precise by any means,  but it's visually pretty darn close.

I've copied the Mask path and pasted it to an Adobe Illustrator document, used the Reflect Tool in AI, then copied and pasted that result back to another Mask path on the same layer.

I've also made a duplicate of the current layer with the mask, flopped the duplicate (set the Y scale value to –100), then set that as the Track Matte layer of a duplicate of the original layer.

What is the command/keystroke/function to flip a mask so I can exactly duplicate on opposite side of object?
