I have not paid attention to threads about PAL coz I never work with it

But I have a great PAL 1920x1080 comp in my possession which I cannot rework.

What's the best way to go about outputting an NTSC version of it ? (drop
it in an NTSC 1080p comp ?)

Answer is probably simple, but my brain is fried and I am under deadline.
