Creative Cloud Desktop showed the application= as "up-to-date" when it was actually out-of-date.  Reinstalling just= Creative Cloud Desktop did not change the result; however, uninstalling each out-of-date application using t= he corresponding "Uninstall" and then reinstalling the application through= Creative Cloud Desktop worked.

So, it se= ems that each out-of-date application had to be removed before Creative Cloud Desktop would even notice the true up-to-d= ate version.
