Yeah, I've actually used renderfeed before. They are pretty awesome. Everything happens seamlessly and even downloads back to you without action. Just sit back and watch your render folder fill up with files.  I haven't used them since they have changed to the non-scheduled plans, but I will vouch for their great plugin and setup. Even if stuff goes wrong, they give you ftp access as well to grab files that way as well. 

I was interested in the EC2 mention because it was relative to After Effects and figured it could help offset some super huge renders I've been having lately.
