I've used a gradient wipe to create t= his type of effect. Lay out your text with the background. Animate a gradien= t layer on a solid layer(black will reveal no pixels, white will reveal all p= ixels). You can use any filter or combination of filters that gives you a bl= ack and white layer. You may need to pre-compose the gradient. I don't recal= l. Apply the Gradient Wipe filter to the text layer and select the gradient l= ayer in the effect controls. Keyframe the transition as needed. I'm not at m= y computer now, so hopefully I'm close!=20 Michele Yamazaki Toolfarm.com > On Dec 30, 2013, at 10:04 AM, Dave wrote: >=20 > Hello All, >=20 > =46rom about 7 seconds to 8 second into the trailer below this text appear= s on a document =E2=80=9CFollow a trail of secret letters=E2=80=A6=E2=80=9D >=20 > =E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2= =80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94= =E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94 > The Room Two Trailer > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DCbGaddIZzVs > =E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2= =80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94= =E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94=E2=80=94 >=20 > QUESTION: My question is does any one know how or can suggest an approach t= hat would achieve a very similar look and feel as text appears on a document= ? >=20 > Thanks, >=20 > Dave >=20 >=20 > +---End of message---+ > To unsubscribe send any message to
