This has a lot of good info in it including historical comparison and comparisons to other Mac computing options available. Also really breaks down the GPUs inside – finally.

But no AE benchmarks. From benchmarks posted, I suspect AE users moving from the most recent Mac Pro or current iMacs can only expect modest bump in CPU performance but a nice bump in GPU performance with the caveat that apps must be specifically written to use both GPUs. Maybe Adobe will chime in if they have plans to do so.
