Only using AE=2C no other programs.=20 I always thought it had something to do with my harddrives having to get re= vved up. For example=2C if I step away from my computer for 10-15 mins=2C = then come back and instantly try to do something=2C it takes a moment for t= he harddrives to get spinning again or something. That is usually when AE h= as it's fit. I make it stop by clicking the AE logo on the taskbar a few ti= mes.
