That's not a bad idea really especially after seeing some of the more frequently advertised freelance help sites and many of the folks on there. I actually had to turn down work on several occasions last year because that feast/famine thing was going stark raving bonkers especially during 3rd quarter which is traditionally the slow one. I wonder how one can create a business around a freelance subcontractor site that screens people by their experience? You could call it competence.com
