Thanks folks! PS I would highly recommend the shuttlepro. While obviously best for FCP / Premiere, I have found it quite useful for AE. Although obviously live scrubbing works only with very low-demand scenes at preview res, it can be great for going frame by frame while rotoing, for example. Plus it has 15 buttons you can add extremely complicated custom macros to.
