Under MXF OP1a there are AVCintra settings. pick 1080 = 100 and in the codec panel is a max bit depth which I'd assume means = 10bit. why it doesn't explicitly is bad. may be possible to clipwrap = from MXF to MOV but good luck down the road with playing it...
