there's plenty of 10bit h264 from panasonic cameras recording P2 AVCintra 100 and 200, HDcam SR

its more up to the encoder these days than the decoder. I'd have to look but AME **might** support AVCintra as an output under P2 settings which should mean 10bit. 

Ok I had to look. Under MXF OP1a there are AVCintra settings. pick 1080 100 and in the codec panel is a max bit depth which I'd assume means 10bit. why it doesn't explicitly is bad. may be possible to clipwrap from MXF to MOV but good luck down the road with playing it...
