Hi Rachel, If you have a picture that you'd like to do this type of effect to, Zaxwerks has a plug-in called Layer Tools that will take that picture's pieces and distribute those pieces in 3D space so they will come together only when viewed from one viewpoint. Layer Tools automatically moves and resizes the pieces based on the camera's perspective and viewing angle so you can do this effect from literally anywhere in your 3D scene, not just when looking down the main Z axis.
