How large is your disk cache?

I've been consistently disappointed with the time it takes to empty on
non-SSD drives but I don't think I've ever seen 43 minutes. Occasionally
it's enough time to encourage me to go out for a cup of coffee though.

On my machine with a dedicated SSD it usually takes a few seconds to clear
48GB.
