Here's an obscure one when working with img sequences.  You can find out the=
 frame number/file name of the currently selected image by pressing cmd shif=
t e and it will appear in the info pallette=20

When using the paint or root rush you can use 1 and 2 keys on the keyboard w=
ith your left hand to advance and go back a frame.=20

Opt cmd bn will set the work area to the current selected layers in and out=20=
