I'm editing a project shot in a papercraft stop motion style. In a few shots I am replacing part of the shot with a time-frozen clip.

There is a slight flicker in the rest of the shot that is now missing in my patch.

Is there a plug-in that can sample a point from the moving layer and based on the luminance changes apply a similar luminance adjustment to the frozen layer?
