Hi Wes,
Not a plug-in but the Remove Module found in mocha Pro includes luminance
(illumination model) filtering options that does an excellent job of
matching lighting by analyzing the surrounding pixels. This is very useful
tool for patching, cloning and fixing footage with movement and lighting
changes.
