The way I did make one was to use the Rectangle to create a shape layer = that is long and thin. Then use the Add menu to add a Polystar. Twirl down the Polystar Path in = the Shape layer to control the number of points. Change it to 3. Rotate, = scale and position it on your rectangle. Or you can import a path from Illustrator.
