Okay - I am wrong.
The way I did make one was to use the Rectangle to create a shape layer that is long and thin.
Then use the Add menu to add a Polystar. Twirl down the Polystar Path in the Shape layer to control the number of points. Change it to 3. Rotate, scale and position it on your rectangle.
Or you can import a path from Illustrator.
