Ok, so I have more info. = I spent the morning on the phone with Adobe tech support and we couldn't = figure out the issue.

Occasionally my machine would preview = correctly but then once I started working on my project it would stop = behaving.

I have no figured out how to = reproduce the issue.

If I am in the default = workspace my machine previews fine and the info palette displays = "playing back from RAM 24fps".

As soon as = I undock my timeline and try and preview, it has the issue of stuttering = and not showing ""playing back from RAM = 24fps".

No idea why but at least I have a = workaround (although it sucks having to use the default = workspace)
