sounds like buying a globe, a bucket, a green screen, and a FS700 @ 240 might be your quick fix !
S Realflow is amazing. However it costs close to $3,500 and takes hours to simulate on even the best hex core studio workstations. Its better on a render farm, but that doesnt even include meshing, texturing or rendering. May be overkill unless there is an unlimited budget...
