And also always fun to see the hollywood UI design with its more info is good vs the realworld UI design where the current trend is less info is good.

Heheh - we'll we're lucky to be designing with one user in mind - the expert genius - who's always comfy with a crapload of info. 

But when you think about it - if my mom looks at the AE interface she's like 'Whoa, how do you work with all that info and buttons distracting you all the time!??'

So really - we kinda live in that world all the time already without noticing it. 

 
Could be fun to see one of you film UI designers give a take on how AE would look like hollywood style ;-)

Mark Coleran did some cool mockups long ago - cool ways of showing parenting etc. - I would have loved it! :-)
