Just a warning out there to Mac users running CS6.  If you get a message to update your NVIDIA drivers which in turns triggers a request to update cuda drivers to 5.5.43, don't do it. AE won't launch after install .  I was getting the following error after the update on all my machines:


I reinstalled 5.5.28 and everything is working again.  Hopefully they will have a fix soon.
