It’s not your only option….and while it’s not dedicated to Premiere, or any specific tool for that matter, our own IMUG list (hosted on this same server) is chock full of Premiere Pro power users…
It is a general production list but most questions are post-production related. As with AE-List, it’s a very seasoned, mature professional community.

Set up a filter for your inbox, as you probably already have for AE-List.
