There's also FCP-L, a list I now moderate. Intentionally modeled after Avid-L and AE-L. Was (obviously) FCP-centric for many years, but the conversation has always been driven by professional editors. Since the debut of FCPX, that conversation has expanded to include some Avid, some Premiere. Lots of good professional editors who work with those NLEs.
2000 subscribers, typically 150-200 posts per month.
I'm considering changing the name of the list to reflect it's broader "professional editing on any NLE" focus. For now, FCP-L stands for
Final Cut, (Media) Composer, Premiere - List

There's also Creative Cow. Lots of traffic and some good people, but I'm not familiar with the current state of the discussion there.
