Working with a 256. My machine's a little flaky on that bus, though, and sometimes the disk drops off and AE defaults to the internal drive (also an SSD), which gives me an error because it has less available space.

I had 120bg each on two workstations but one of them is constantly
giving us a "not enough space" warning -- just upgraded that SSD to a
750, reserving about 500 for cache now.

Trying to get a rough average (or median) for a new AE benchmark I'm
working on. Part of the test would be SSD cached frame retrieval speed, and
overall BG cache speed. One goal is to have a preset amount of cache filled
in the test project from which to establish a baseline, but I'd like to
know what most people are working with.
