I've licensed stuff a couple of times before for one-time, limited, onscree= n bug use, but never for broadcast global commercial. I've said no, very pa= infully to PBS and BBC who wanted to buy it as royalty free for 5 figures a= nd up. Not sure what I should charge for this. Details I know so far is they want = a few short shots non-exclusive for in perpetuity (which I'm inclined to sa= y no to) although they will consider 1 and 5 year terms.
