I’ve not had issues exporting from PPro using = Export Media or via Media Encoder (both of those things seem to share a com= mon or very similar codebase).

 

The biggest things I find myself explaining to peopl= e is that “Smart Export” (copying as it exports) only applies w= hen the source and destination codecs match and also explaining what the &#= 8220;Maximum Quality” and “Use Previews” checkboxes do.
