Paul Babb of Maxon has personally selected this year's fine wines to pair with the sumptuous MMB Dinner. The Red: Enchanted Path Winery: Molly Dooker Enchanted Path is a perfect blend of two varietal's (Shiraz and Cabernet) working in harmony. Initially, this wine radiates Cabernet notes of fresh plum, clove and hints of choc mint. Only moments later the Shiraz chimes in voicing big red berry fruits, aniseed spice with layers of milk chocolate. The Blush: Gamay Rouge Winery: V. Sattui Bright and fruity, it sports the color of springtime roses and that alone should set the mood. So refreshing with juicy, ripe strawberry, raspberry and crisp tart cherry that quenches the thirst and refreshes the palate. The MediaMotion Ball is a first class dinner event celebrating the community of production professionals. We are entirely volunteer, and do this for love of the community.
