One caveat is that you can't apply these effects to Light or Camera layers. I've asked for that limitation to be removed in the past but I suppose one lonely guy muttering about expression control effects doesn't hold much sway (hint hint ). -Darby On Thu, Apr 3, 2014 at 3:14 PM, Phil Spitler wrote: > Could somebody explain why some expressions update themselves when I > rename a layer that is referenced in the expression and some don't. > > Also, does anybody know of a script that will rename layers and also > update broken expressions. > > Cheers. > > Phil > > > *Phil Spitler* | Creative Technologist | *Bonfire Labs* | t : > 415.394.8200 m : 415.571.3139 > > Website | Facebook| > LinkedIn > > --001a1134a56e7fb02d04f6643c1f Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Also, does anybody know of a script that will rename layers = and also update broken expressions.
