Also, Mac Users don't forget to zap the PRAM every now and then. Hold down option-command-p-r and let it chime a few times before letting go.

But, Onyx and IceClean are still available as shareware for later OS versions, and will do the same things, and more.
I advise against using MacKeeper. I have a suspicion that it's spyware.
