Where are you finding that Applejack page? I went to applejack.sourceforge.net, and not finding anything beyond 1.6, which appears to be a 2010 build. Google doesn't help either.

But, Onyx and IceClean are still available as shareware for later OS versions, and will do the same things, and more.
I advise against using MacKeeper. I have a suspicion that it's spyware.
