I went with K5000 cards for CC over the Titans as while they don’t have the raw performance of gaming cards, they are fast enough and I’m not a heavy 3D user.
They offer 10-bit support under (Windows only alas) and nothing like suddenly having 10-bit 30” 2560 x 1600 monitors in Premiere and Photoshop. That is what makes the card money savers for me.
Hopefully AE will add this support soon.
They also offer better stability so far than gaming card plus very cool, quiet and power efficient. I bought some refurbs off eBay from an excellent seller
topnotch-tech.

Subject: [AE] Best video card for CC that isn't the Titan
We are replacing our z600 and z620's. Nothing wrong with my 620, but if they want to replace everything, who am I to complain. They spec'd GTX
TITAN - 6 GB cards for 10 computers. Now we are being told that there will be none of those cards available until late May. What is the next best card for CC. 4 AE/Photoshop/C4D work stations and 6 mac pro's running FCP7 will become PC's running Premiere.
