Hi Everyone,
I have a quick non-AE specific question that I hope someone can help with.
I set my Adobe CC Updater to update everything last night. I keep everything updated regularly so this was just the most current update. I'm on Mac OS X 10.8.5.
I have an error that says "Premiere Pro CC Update: Please close the following applications to continue: LogTransport2" with a "Cancel" and "Retry" button.
I've seen this with other items and I go to Activity Monitor, quit or force quit the item, and retry and all is well. The problem is that LogTransport2 is not in my Activity Monitor.
So I Google "LogTransport2" and it says it's put out by Adobe and possibly related to Acrobat, which I don't have open. On Windows, the words "virus" and "trojan horse" keep popping up in association with LogTransport2.exe or LogTransport2.dll. I can't seem to locate this LogTransport2 file on my computer, even with hidden files showing. I'm running Norton iAntivirus, which seems to have been updated last May, 2013.
Has anyone run into this? I hope this is not a virus but a strange error.
Thanks!
Michele Yamazaki
