Are you using Render Multiple Frames Simultaneously multiprocessing in Afte=
r Effects? If so, that can be the cause of a large discrepancy, since the h=
eadless version of After Effects that Premiere Pro is calling for Dynamic L=
ink doesn't have the ability to sue that feature. Same with GPU acceleratio=
n (if you're using the ray-traced 3D renderer).
