sounds like you need to find a mac with iMovie and download the project file along with the source and render it out from the mac. I can't imagine there is any PC app that is going to take a iMovie project and allow you to render that out - or find a bigger iPad and transfer the files. What kind of idiot tries to create a 35 minute HD project on a 16gb iPad? (sorry was that out loud?)

Again, the problem is that I have an iMovie project file... NOT a video of the finished project... and I'm trying to find either a PC program that can do something with the project file, or some way to export the video without having to render it on the iPad due to the lack of available space. I've tried to upload to YouTube and iTunes... YouTube won't let me upload more than 15 minutes from the iPad, and iTunes just gives me the project file, not a completed video file...
