Ae CC Mac seems to have suddenly decided to slow down.  I'm getting frequent beach balls.  When I look at the render info while rendering, about 80% of the time is spent "Preparing."

Does anybody know what that means?

It started after I made some still heavy 1080 comps with PSDs, 3D and JPG/PNG files.
