I have had an issue with file sequences not linking after I save the project, shut AE and open the project again. Sequences go missing. I've had this happen with .png, .exr and .pic sequences. I haven't tested .jpg, but they weren't useful without the alpha channel. I'm not sure if what you're experiencing is tied to the same bug I've experienced, but I thought I'd bring it up. -Bill On Sat, May 3, 2014 at 3:26 PM, Robert Houghton wrote: > Hi all, > > I was hoping someone could shine a light on this one as it's going to > force me to re-import a 400+ layer photoshop file. Hi all,

The relink works but the usual "After Effects = has found XXX missing images" that follows it since the remaining laye= rs are part of the same photoshop document does not happen. Any way to make= this work in AE?
