I edit in Pr, and do my lower thirds, section graphics and titling in Ae (rarely use the Pr titler) in addition to motion graphics. The render queue is handy for re-rendering and updating as I go. I use the BG Render script, and it works well most of the time. Some times, it will fail with a "failed to over write existing file" message. I haven't figured out why it fails some times, and not others. But, by using the BG Render script, I don't have to re-que any existing render Item, just re-check the check box, and go.
