| Do you have a case number for your interaction with Adobe Technical Support? If you send that to me, I can try to determine why you were not being helped. To be clear: Adobe Technical Support does not help with creation or debugging or troubleshooting of scripts themselves, but they do (should) help with the functionality of the ESTK application itself.
