| it goes back to ICANN which I've already looked at. $1300 to file most basic dispute. as for lawyers, talked with one this week. most are fairly clueless about these sorts of specific things. they do understand more general business issues.

There is a domain dispute resolution service via InterNIC. Technically, it doesn't cover personal names unless they are trademarks, but given how long you've been using the domain, it's likely to be considered one I would
think. Of course, a conversation with an attorney with experience in the area would also be helpful (from my experience, they'll at least speak with you once just to see if it worth everyone's time). Check it out here: http://www.internic.net/faqs/udrp.html. Good luck!
