The sc= ript should allow you to manually choose the file though. There should also b= e a button on the help menu to manually choose the file. If you are on Mac y= ou can find the pref file at: Library / Preferences / Adobe / After Effects / 12.0 I haven't memorized PC's location of it, but maybe someone here can help ans= wer that. Yes= the script will technically work with CC. I just ran in in CC 12.2, but had= to manually find the shortcut file.
