| Ideally no markers and shoot on a switched off screen (black) during production. mocha should track the outline/shape of the phone and AE should be able to pull a luma matte to take care of any finger-over-screen interaction. You then use a track matte to get the original reflections over the insert image. As the case is with VFX, you have to be really careful during production or you'll be spending way longer than you have to - proper lighting, camera setup and even talent direction are crucial.
