Yeah, no worries Teddy, you get full credit. "Open Movie Exchange" would make more sense, but .omx is much worse and very close to Avid's OMF. For a file format, it's better to have a good extension with a forced meaning than the other way around.
So with that, I've uploaded a new proposal. Mostly the same as the old one, but with the new name. I've also increased the funding goals by $10k, based on feedback. Here it is:
