| i think i saw a post or web site comment where AE CC 2014 is not compatible with OSX 10.7
but it apparently installed on it then gave that error message - so not sure and i can’t remember where i saw that but just in case it is true and relevant i thought i’d mention it
ahh decided do try to find info on it (phew adobe that was not the easiest thing to find the release notes on your web site)
yes AE now needs minimum OSX 10.8 - so just for those who are still on 10.7

The Creative Cloud app is giving me upgrades for both After Effects CC and After Effects CC (2014). Are these redundant now?
Are current projects compatible with both versions… i.e., is there any reason I need to keep both versions installed beyond the normal process of being careful with upgrades?
Thanks, James
